I have a small surveying firm in Rural Vermont. We get a lot of requests for flood zone corrections. I provide the elevation certificate and owners deed and tax map information and Randall does the rest at a very reasonable cost. It makes my job very easy.

Thank you Randall and FloodZero. We had a buyer in Sebring FL. Undenounced to everyone (even us the Realtors), the property was located in a flood zone.
